Debra David - Piano

Ms. David has taught piano to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students for over 50 years. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. degree in education. She took graduate classes in music, psychology, and reading education. Debbie taught elementary and middle school for over 40 years in Michigan, including specializing, along the way, in music, art, and literacy support. She moved with her husband to Youngsville, North Carolina, in 2023 to be closer to their son. Debbie has always had a passion for passing on her musical knowledge to new generations of piano students. Above all, Debbie’s goal is to help her students achieve and develop their skills and abilities to play the kind of music that they love. She teaches all ages and levels and encourages her students to create their own pieces. She especially enjoys teaching classical, popular, and jazz music.
